Preparation

Before you get started, I’d like you do a couple of important things –

1) Take a picture of your house as it is now, so you have before and after pics. Just looking at them is enough motivation to keep going forward!

2) If you haven't already done it yesterday, print (or just write out) your "Why" and put it up in a place where you can see it every single day.

"I want to clean my house because ____________________________________"


I can't stress enough on this. But trust me, this one task can determine how successful you will be at going all the way through with this challenge.

Having someone or something that's constantly reminding you of why this is so important to you provides a great deal of motivation on those days when you feel like just giving up.
